Saint Anne’s Parish does not sell goods. This policy covers gifts and program registration fees paid on saintannes.ca.
Gifts
Gifts are final. If a gift was made in error (a duplicate charge, a wrong amount, a wrong fund), contact the parish office within 30 days and we will correct or refund it. A weekly or monthly gift can be changed or stopped at any time from your account or by calling the office; this stops future charges but does not refund past ones.
Program registration fees
A registration fee is refunded in full if you withdraw before the program’s first session, and refunded in part at the discretion of the office after the program has begun. If a child was registered more than once by mistake, we will refund the duplicate in full.
How refunds are made
Card payments are refunded to the same card, usually within 5–10 business days. E-transfer, cheque and cash payments are refunded by cheque from the parish office.
To request a correction or refund, call 306-931-4700 or email the parish office, with the date and amount of the payment.
